I. Subjects
- Officials working at state management agencies in the field of resources and environment, specialized agencies working in the field of water resources or other activities related to water resources.
- Units and organizations, individuals that desire to improve their knowledge in the field of water resources.
II. Objectives
1. General aim
Through the course, trainees can update and improve their knowledge, skills and professional skills in state management of water resources, contributing to meet the requirements of advisory and management tasks for officials engaged in the state management of water resources.
2. Specific aims
2.1. About knowledge
- To update legal documents related to water resources.
2.2. About skills
- Provide necessary skills to meet practical requirements in task performance.
III. Certificate/Certification
After completing the training course and meeting fully the conditions, accomplished students will be granted a certificate of completion of the training course issued by the Institute of Natural resources and Environment Training program. The management and issuance of training certificates shall be carried out in accordance with current regulations.
IV. Course Review
Complying with the provisions of Circular No. 10/2017/TT-BNV dated December 29, 2017 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on quality assessment of training courses for officials and public employees.
V. Coordination units
Units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment: Department of Organization and Personnel, Department of Water Resources Management...; universities, training and retraining institutions, academies; units, organizations and individuals related to the refresher course.
