Institute of Natural Resources and Environment Training (InNET)

I. Subjects

- Officials in charge of environmental management from central to local levels.

- Management Board of Industrial Zones, officials and employees in charge of environmental management in industrial zones; production, business and service enterprises in industrial parks.

- Organizations and individuals in need.

II. Objectives

1. General aim

To foster legal knowledge on environmental protection of industrial parks in order to improve qualifications, capacity and skills in official duty performance to meet practical requirements.

2. Specific aims

2.1. About knowledge

To provide, update and supplement necessary and important legal knowledge on industrial park environmental protection.

2.2. About skills

- Equipping some necessary skills to meet the practical requirements of the industrial zone's environmental protection law.

- Mastering the provisions of the law on drainage and wastewater treatment, waste and scrap management; industrial waste gas treatment.

2.3. About awareness, attitude

- Being aware of positions, functions and tasks, thereby improving the spirit, responsibility and having appropriate ethical qualities, behaviors and working attitudes in professional activities.

- Performing tasks well, ensuring productivity, quality, efficiency and time as regulated.

- Proactive, creative to complete the job well.

- Enhancing the role of businesses and individuals in environmental protection.

III. Certificate/Certification

After completing the training course and meeting fully the conditions, accomplished students will be granted a certificate of completion of the training program.

IV. Course Review

Complying with the provisions of Circular No. 10/2017/TT-BNV dated December 29, 2017 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on quality assessment of training courses for officials and public employees.

Department for Policy, Legal and Inspectorate, Northern Environmental Protection Agency, Central Environmental Protection Agency and Southern Environmental Protection Agency under The Vietnam Environment Administration; Department of Legislation under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Departments of Natural Resources and Environment of provinces/cities directly under the Central Government; natural resources and environment departments of districts/towns; Management Board of industrial parks, production and service enterprises operating in industrial parks./.
