I. Subjects

II. Objectives

1. General aim

Professional training in land registration in order to improve qualifications, capacity and skills in official duty performance, to meet practical and practical requirements for employment positions of civil servants, public employees and officials. in the field of land management as well as meeting the work needs of relevant organizations and individuals.

2. Specific aims

2.1. About knowledge

- Provide, update necessary and important knowledge on land registration such as legal regulations, procedures for land registration, housing and other land-attached assets, and issuance of the Certificate for the first time; land change registration.

- Firmly grasp the law for the state management of land and land registration.

2.2. About skills

- Provide the necessary skills to meet the practical requirements of implementing state management of land and land registration. Professional guidance on adjustment of changes on paper records (Certificates, cadastral books, inventory books, land change monitoring books, paper cadastral maps ...) and on computers using software .

III. Certificate/Certification

After completing the training course and meeting fully the conditions, accomplished students will be granted a certificate of completion of the training course issued by the Institute of Natural resources and Environment Training program. The management and issuance of training certificates shall be carried out in accordance with current regulations.

IV. Course Review

Complying with the provisions of Circular No. 10/2017/TT-BNV dated December 29, 2017 of the Ministry of Home Affairs on quality assessment of training courses for officials and public employees.
